Migdal-Gallery

   Chardonnay Migdal Gallery

is a wine which has been medalled at international wine fairs.

It is produced from selective varieties of Chardonnay grapes,

using the traditional technologies of wine making. It is a vintage

wine, which features notes of maturity and a rich, fresh taste.

Its aroma is distinct, yet delicate, difficult to characterize,

   but easy to recognize.

   Cabernet Sauvignon Migdal Gallery

is a wine which has been triple medalled at international

wine fairs. It is produced from selective varieties of Cabernet

Sauvignon grapes, using the traditional technologies of wine

making. It is a forceful wine, which has a madder purple colour.

With age, its distinctive black currant aroma can develop

bouquet nuances of cedar, violets, leather, or cigar box and

its typically tannic edge may soften and smooth considerably.

Muscat Rose

     The Muscat grape

is the world's oldest known grape variety. Muscat is the only

grape to produce wine with the same aroma as the grape itself.

Medium sweet, fortified, Muscat Rosé has a classic rich, nose

of dried fruits, raisins and oranges. This strong perfume of

Muscats prompted the Roman author Pliny, in his "Natural

History," todeclare it "the grape of the bees."

Castle Royal

  Merlot Castle Royal

is a new, fresh, vigorous wine, produced in 2005. It is a distinctive

wine and slightly herbaceous overall in both aroma and taste. It

has a low natural acidity and astringency, therefore a lusher mouth

  feel.

  Sauvignon Blanc Castle Royal

Using the traditional technologies of wine making it is produced

from selective Sauvignon grapes. It isdistinctive for its freshness

and intensity, with hints of black currant.

Cojusna Castle

    Sauvignon Blanc Cojusna Castle

is a wine which has been double medalled at international wine

fairs. It is quite distinctive and one of the easy varietal wines to

recognize by its often sharp, aggressive smell. With naturally high

acidity,Sauvignon Blanc Cojusna Castle is always tangy, tart,

nervy, racy, or zesty. In fact, Sauvignon Blanc Cojusna Castle is

probably the best dry white wine to accompany the greatest

   variety of foods.

   Merlot Cojusna Castle

is a wine which has been awarded three gold medals and one

silver medal at international wine fairs. It is a vintage wine, with

a rich, full and velvety taste, which has been consumed from

ancient times at the Transylvanian royal court, being mistaken

with blood when referring to the famous count Dracula.
